What is your standard product warranty?

Accepted Answer

All LED bulbs carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Halogen, incandescent and UVB reptile lamps carry a twelve-month replacement warranty. Warranty covers factory defect only and excludes damage caused by voltage instability, incorrect installation or unauthorised modification.

Can I request free samples before placing an order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For qualified importers and project buyers we provide up to five sample pieces per SKU free of charge; the buyer covers international courier costs. Sample lead time is three to five working days after specification confirmation.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Accepted Answer

MOQ for standard catalogue models is 1,000 pieces per SKU. For OEM/ODM projects — custom colour temperature, wattage, packaging or private label — MOQ is 3,000 pieces per specification. Mixed-model container orders are welcomed once the container quantity is reached.

How long does sea shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Production lead time is 25–35 days after deposit and artwork approval. Sea freight adds 30–40 days to Europe and North America, 15–25 days to Southeast Asia and Middle East, and 40–50 days to South America and Africa. Air freight is available for urgent orders.

Which international certifications can you provide?

Accepted Answer

Our LED filament and Edison ranges carry CE, RoHS and ERP certificates. Halogen and incandescent lines carry CE and RoHS. UVB reptile lamps carry CE and RoHS. Third-party photometric test reports are provided on request. We hold an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate.

Can I customise glass colour, wattage or base type?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly customise amber-tinted, smoked-grey, milky-white and coloured glass; wattages from 2W to 12W for LED filament; and all standard bases (E27, E26, E14, E12, B22, G9, GU10, G13, G5). Custom tooling is available for high-volume projects.

Question 7

Do you offer OEM base or brand printing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We support private label on the bulb base, box, master carton and gift packaging. Free artwork check and pre-production sample. Typical branding surcharge applies only to custom colour printing on the bulb envelope itself.

What are your payment terms?

Accepted Answer

For first orders we work with 30% T/T deposit against pro-forma invoice and 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading. Repeat clients can move to more favourable terms including L/C at sight and O/A 30 days after credit review.
